I was never a huge fan of the grey-on-grey look. Whenever I pictured the idea in my head, I imagined a baggy grey crewneck sweater paired with a baggy pair of grey sweats, and it did not look cute at all.

Unsure of what to wear with my new pair of shorts, I slipped on the first crop top I could find in my unpacked suitcase (clothes all freshly washed, but not stored away – I’m only half lazy). Adam said the two pieces looked like they were a set because the colours were so similar, although they don’t appear so in the photos. The outfit slowly grew on me, and I don’t think grey-on-grey is such a bad look anymore.

We spent the day in the Fashion District. We had lunch at Warehouse, explored Graffiti Alley, and ran some errands. It was a good day.
