Happy Friday everyone! I hope you’ve all had a wonderful week so far. Last week I had the opportunity to attend Fashion Art Toronto with my fellow blogger friend Nadine. One of my readers suggested Fashion Art Toronto to me, so I thought I’d check it out this year.
If you haven’t heard of FAT, it’s an annual 5-day celebration of provocative, avant-garde, and cutting-edge fashion and art with over 50 runway shows and performances, photography exhibits, art installations, and fashion films on display.

If you read my last blog post, you’ll know that I’m obsessed with off shoulder styles right now. I fell head over heels with this gorgeous number by Sarah Haunts of Haunts Fashion. I also loved every single piece of Sarah Splinter’s collection and I wanted to take it all home with me.
The only problems I had were with the venue (extremely tiny, it was a nightmare going in and out of the theatre during intermissions) and the seating (chairs that anybody could move around, which sucked when the girl with huge, bushy hair beside me moved her chair forward and blocked my entire view).
Unfortunately I was only able to make it for one out of the five days, but I still had an amazing time at the show. It was really cool to be able to check out the photography and art exhibitions before going into the show! Be sure to check out Nadine’s review of Fashion Art Toronto 2017 as well. Until next time!
P.S. if you liked this post, you might like this other post on my first fashion show.
