13 Incredible Bucket List Destinations Across Canada

13 Incredible Bucket List Destinations Across Canada

Our home on native land is celebrating its 150th birthday this year, and I’ll be doing a little series here on my blog in celebration of all things Canadian!

I’d love to visit all of Canada someday. I haven’t even explored much of Ontario yet, but I did a road trip with my friends from British Columbia to Alberta last spring and I fell in love. I’m still bummed out I didn’t get one of Via Rail’s Canada 150 Youth Passes, but it’s whatevs. Hopefully some of you managed to get it, and you’ll be able to explore some or all of these places!

I’ve ordered this list in order from the west coast to the east coast. Here are all the spots on my Canadian bucket list.

1. Tombstone Territorial Park, Yukon Territory

2. Nahanni National Park, Northwest Territories

3. Auyuittuq National Park, Nunavut

4. Panorama Ridge, British Columbia

5. Yoho National Park, Alberta

6. Great Sandhills, Saskatchewan

7. Spirit Sands, Manitoba

8. Tobermory, Ontario

Fantastic list! I am currently driving my Jeep around the world on “The Voyage of Discovery!” This is the perfect post to make sure that I hit all the bucket list spots, including my own! I have already driven the entire Northeastern part of North America – my favorites were Prince Edward Island, Lunenburg, Fundy National Park, and dozens of others! Onwards to exploring the Northwestern sections of North America! Thank you again for the recommendations! 😀

You’ve got some great places on this list, I’ve been to most of them. One thing my family did a lot growing up was travel across Canada, however I haven’t been too far into the territories so that’s where my wish list still leads me!
