How to Be More Productive During the Holiday Season

Thank you to Purolator for sponsoring this post. As always, all opinions are my own.

When it comes to holiday shopping, I almost always prefer to do it online. No crowds of families traipsing across the mall and no pushy store employees harassing me to buy things – plus, there are usually better deals online.

Another thing that drives me nutcrackers is when you’re not home to receive your package and you either have to frantically figure out a way to reschedule it for a time you’ll be home, or reluctantly make your way to the nearest pick up facility (which is usually a million miles away, or an hour bus ride).

Just in time for the holidays, Purolator just launched Mobile Quick Stops (MQS) in Ottawa, Montreal, Toronto, and Vancouver!

These are more convenient pickup locations located in areas of the city where there are more people who aren’t home to receive their deliveries and have to go to a facility to pick them up.

Things can get pretty busy during the holiday season, and Purolator can help you save more time!

If you miss a package and live near any of these Mobile Quick Stops, you’ll find a special door knocker directing you to the closest one.

You can stop by to pick up your packages on your way home, or even make a quick little adventure out of it!

How to be more productive this holiday season

1. Make a list and check it twice

Instead of spending hours browsing the interwebs and getting distracted by all the things you want to gift yourself, make a list of the ideal gifts you’d like to get for every person.

This way, you won’t have to browse every single category and page on every website!

2. Start holiday shopping early

As the holidays come closer, you’ll only become more stressed about finding the perfect gift and more things will get sold out, so make that list and get it done right away.

3. Schedule your time

Between all the gift shopping, the errands, and the holiday parties, you’ll drive yourself wild if you don’t have it all scheduled and planned out.

If you know you’re hitting up the mall, be sure to get everything you need there done! Maximize your time so it feels a little less busy.
