For those of you who haven’t heard of Prime Day, it’s basically four days full of awesome deals and discounts you can shop on Amazon Canada.
It’s pretty much like Black Friday or Boxing Day, but it’s exclusively on Amazon!
You need a Prime membership in order to shop Amazon Prime Day Canada 2025, and you can sign up for a free 30-day trial to shop the sale.
If you’re a student, you can get a free 6-month trial and discounted membership!
I’ve had my Prime membership since 2017, and I totally think it’s worth it for the shipping benefits and other free perks (like Prime Video).

When is Amazon Prime Day 2025 in Canada?
Amazon Prime Day usually happens every year in July, and it’s happening this year from July 8th to 11th, 2025.

How much is an Amazon Prime membership in Canada?
An Amazon Prime membership in Canada is $99 CAD a year, and includes a whole bunch of different benefits:
- Free same-day, 1-day, or 2-day shipping
- Watch shows & movies on Prime Video
- Listen to music on Prime Music
- Read books on Prime Reading
There’s more to Amazon Prime than just the free two-day shipping, and it’s all included in the yearly membership fee!
Also, some of the bigger cities in Canada even have free same or one-day shipping.
Right now you can get free same or one-day shipping in these Canadian cities:
