ZCREW Cafe
ZCREW Cafe is a cute lil’ spot serving up some of the best brunch in Calgary.
All of their products are handcrafted with fresh ingredients from local suppliers, and they’ve got tons of fusion items on the menu!
I got the Korean Fried Chicken Benny and Adam got the Korean Fried Chicken and Waffles, and both were absolutely incredible.
They’ve got a pretty large coffee and tea menu as well, and we loved the Nutella Latte.
You can find them in the Victoria Park neighbourhood of Calgary, surrounded by tons of historical buildings.
We sat in the bar area as the restaurant was fully packed, and it was actually a nice spot to people watch!

Queens Breakfast & Cocktails
Queens is a beautiful and romantic brunch spot that’s especially perfect for dates.
We didn’t try any of the cocktails as we weren’t feelin’ it at 9 in the morning, but the Cappuccino and Latte were fantastic, and even came with adorable little soft serve cups.
We both got the Queens Breakfast, which came with eggs, bacon, chorizo, lemon ricotta pancakes, and potatoes.
The bacon and chorizo were out of this world, and the lemon ricotta pancakes were amaze.
Be sure to ask for hot sauce as well – they brought out a locally-made one called Ouchie Mama from Crystal’s Can Co, and it was so dang good.
If you are in the mood for an alcoholic drank, they’ve got plenty of amazing breakfast cocktails to have with your meal!

We loved the Lobster Rangoon Cake Benedict and Duck Confit Monte Cristo.
I was also deciding between the Harissa Lamb Brunch Bowl and Delmonico Wagyu Brunch Burger, and I’ll definitely try one of the two on my next visit!
Their Hazelnut Latte is amaze and super unique – they actually have some secret ingredients in there, including orange extract.
If you’re in the mood for a drank, they’ve also got breakfast cocktails!

It was actually Brekkie’s bubble tea pancakes that caught my eye on Instagram, and they’ve got plenty of unique dishes on the menu worth trying.

Go with something classic like the Smoked Salmon + Avocado Benedict or Chicken + Waffles, or try something different like their Shakshuka or Brown Butter Waffles.
If you’re looking for something quick, they also have a small to-go coffee counter with breakfast sandwiches and house-made pastries.
Fun fact: it’s named after a streetcar that used to run down the same street they’re on!
