We loved our stays at all of these hotels, and they each had their own unique charm!

Best breakfast places in Whistler

Pastries from Purebread Bakery in Whistler, British Columbia

Purebread

Prepare to be in pastry heaven the moment you step into Purebread.

They have sweet and savoury pastries of all kinds, and you’ll find it impossible to just choose one thing.

We tried to check out a new restaurant or spot for every meal during our last trip to Whistler, but we ended up getting breakfast at Purebread 3 days in a row!

My absolute fave things I tried were their Pecan Sticky and Spinach Feta Roll.

There isn’t any seating inside the bakery, but they have a couple of patio tables out front.

Purebread is a family-owned bakery that originally started out in Whistler, and they now have 6 locations across British Columbia!

LOCATION: 4338 Main St #122, Whistler, BC

Ham & Cheese Croissant and Latte from Mount Currie Coffee Company in Whistler, British Columbia

Mount Currie Coffee Company

Mount Currie serves up sustainably-sourced coffees and freshly-baked pastries at their cafés in Whistler and Pemberton.

We loved their flaky Breakfast Croissant and Ham & Cheese Croissant, which paired perfectly with our perfectly-made Cappuccino and Latte drinks.

Their café is quite small with minimal seating, but you can easily grab takeout and find a nice bench in Whistler Village to enjoy it at!

LOCATION: 103-4369 Main St, Whistler, BC

Australian meat pies from Peaked Pies Whistler

Peaked Pies Whistler

This casual Australian-inspired bakery and café serves up handmade meat and veggie pies that are baked fresh in-store daily.

For their breakfast pies, you can choose between the Ned Kelly with ground beef, bacon, egg, and cheese, or the Rise & Shine with eggs, bacon, green pepper, potato, and cheese.

They’ve also got a Leek & Mushroom Quiche, which is vegetarian.

If you visit during lunch or dinner, they’ve also got a kangaroo meat pie you can try!

They also have fantastic pastries and coffee, and we really enjoyed their Vanilla Slice.

LOCATION: 4369 Main St #105, Whistler, BC

Southside Diner

Enjoy all the old school diner vibes at this fun spot in Whistler Village.

They’ve got a large menu made up of classic and unique takes on breakfast, including their eggs bennies, traditional breakfasts, and pancakes.

Their home fries are made using locally-grown potatoes from Pemberton, which is just a half hour away from Whistler!

If you crave something sweet, try their Stuffed French Toast, filled with whipped lemon cream cheese and blueberries.

LOCATION: 4369 Main St #105, Whistler, BC

Crepe Montagne

My crêpe-loving friends will adore this cozy and authentic French crêperie serving up a wide selection of sweet and savoury crêpes.

Their sweet crêpes are made using wheat flour, and their savoury crêpes are made with white and buckwheat flour.

If you’re feelin’ ~funky~, you can grab one of their flambées crêpes, which are flamed with liqueur.

They also serve up a variety of eggs benedicts, omelettes, and classic breakfasts if someone in your party isn’t a crêpe fan.

If you come by during lunch hours, they’ve also got cheese and meat fondues and raclettes!

LOCATION: 4368 Main St #116, Whistler, BC

Hunter Gather

Upscale brunch options are what you’ll find at Hunter Gather.

From their Lox & Cream Cheese made with BC house-cured smoked salmon to their Pulled Pork Benny on Potati Rosti, they’ve got all sorts of delicious breakfast options.

They’ve also got a great selection of handhelds and sandwiches if you visit during lunch or dinner, as well as plenty of local craft beers!

LOCATION: 4368 Main St #101, Whistler BC

Stonesedge Kitchen in Whistler, British Columbia

Stonesedge Kitchen

If you’re in the mood for a good sit-down breakfast, Stonesedge Kitchen serves up an amazing brunch.

They switch up their menu every so often, and the Chicken Benny I had last time I visited was one of the best dang chicken and waffles I’ve ever tasted.

You’ll find a selection of eggs bennies and traditional breakfasts, including vegetarian and vegan options.

If you’re in the mood for a breakfast drank, they’ve got a Bacon Vodka Caesar, Cold-brew Pick Me Up, or even a Mimosa Flight.

LOCATION: 4122 Village Green #13, Whistler, BC
