Whistler offers up world-class skiing and snowboarding, but there’s so much more to see and do in this beautiful part of British Columbia.
You’ll find all kinds of adventurous activities, epic hikes, and even cool restaurants in Whistler, and it’s a fantastic destination to visit year-round!
You can definitely do a day trip up to Whistler from Vancouver, but there are plenty of great hotels in the area if you’re looking to stay overnight.
If you’re visiting Whistler without a car, you can also take a shuttle from the Vancouver Airport!

Best hotels in Whistler, British Columbia
Pangea Pod Hotel
If you’re looking for a budget-friendly and unique accommodation in Whistler, you’ll definitely want to check out the Pangea Pod Hotel.
Located right in the middle of Whistler Village, you can stay in cozy pods inspired by pod hotels in Japan.
Their pods are grouped in suites with private bathrooms for each suite, so it’s perfect if you’re visiting Whistler with a group of friends!
Suites can only be accessed via a wristband keycard, so it’s a lot safer than a hostel.
They also have female-only suites if you’d feel more comfortable staying in those!
The Pangea Pod Hotel is a really nice option if you’re looking for somewhere affordable to stay in Whistler.

Adara Hotel
The Adara Hotel is a cozy and modern 3-star stay right in the heart of the picturesque Whistler Village, surrounded by upscale restaurants and bars.
The spacious lobby has all the cozy cabin vibes (with complimentary, freshly-baked cookies in the afternoons), but their 42 rooms are modern and chic.
For amenities, they have an outdoor pool during the summer and a year-round hot tub!
Since they’re located right above restaurants and bars, it can get a little loud at night (they do provide ear plugs), so the Adara is definitely more suitable for couples and people traveling without kids.

The Pinnacle is an adorable 3-star boutique hotel in Whistler Village, and it’s the perfect home away from home.
Their cozy and contemporary suites all feature a fully-equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, and whirlpool bath.
You can also enjoy mountain or village views from each of their suites!
They also have an outdoor pool and hot tub, perfect if you’re looking to unwind at the end of a full day of skiing or snowboarding.

Blackcomb Springs Suites
Stay in relaxed, alpine-inspired suites at Blackcomb Springs Suites.
Our stay here felt like we were in our own little cabin, complete with our own kitchenette, a fireplace, and cozy balcony.
It’s the perfect stay for families or groups looking for a little home away from home!
This 3-star hotel is located in Blackcomb, which is a few minutes drive from Whistler Village.

Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre
The Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre is a great hotel option if you’re looking for a more upscale experience, and they’re just a 5 minute walk from the Whistler Village Gondola.
