Vintage clothing stores in Kensington Market
Sub Rosa Vintage
Sub Rosa has a pretty large selection of amazing vintage pieces, and it’s so hard to resist trying on everything they have in-store.
Their store is very curated with a lot of great selections, which I love!
Be sure to check out every single rack because they have so many incredible vintage finds.
LOCATION: 16 Kensington Ave, Toronto, ON
Space Vintage
Space Vintage is another Kensington Market gem filled with gorgeous pieces, and it’s mother-daughter owned.
Occasion-wear and dresses are their primary offering, but they also have a lot of beautiful clothing pieces as well.
From lacy corsets to floral skirts, you’ll find tons of feminine and pretty vintage pieces here.
It’s a super tiny little shop, but they’ve got a lot of cute things!
Be sure to dig through the racks to get a peek at everything so you don’t miss any good stuff.
Their original location is in Kensington Market, but they’ve also now got a second location on Queen near Osgoode Station!
LOCATION: 34 Kensington Ave, Toronto, ON
Courage My Love
Courage My Love is the oldest vintage store in Kensington Market – they’ve been around since 1975!
They have tons of unique clothing and accessories, with a lot of retro stuff if that’s what you’re into.
They also have an incredible selection of vintage cowboy/western boots, as you can see in the photo above.
If you’re looking for Halloween costumes, definitely come by here in October to take a look. They always have the best selection!
LOCATION: 14 Kensington Ave, Toronto, ON
Hi Vintage
My friends and I stumbled across Hi during the Toronto Vintage Crawl many years ago, and we were so pleasantly surprised.
They don’t have a huge selection of stuff, but it’s very curated with a lot of stylish and cool pieces.
We spotted both American Apparel disco shorts and pants – holy essentials of Lookbook fashion bloggers back in the day.
LOCATION: 4 Kensington Ave, Toronto, ON
Flamingo Vintage Kensington
Flamingo is a super cool vintage store in Kensington Market with a curated selection of graphic tees and streetwear.
They even have a lot of Japanese graphic t-shirts, which is really cool!
Flamingo is a sister store to Usato Vintage, which is also in Kensington Market and has more of a focus on vintage graphic tees.
LOCATION: 193 1/2, Baldwin St, Toronto, ON
Lost Boys Vintage
You’ll find a lot of cool pieces at Lost Boys Vintage, especially if you’re into graphic tees and sweatshirts.
Their jacket selection is also amazing, especially if you’re into sports jackets!
Everything is very curated, and you’ll find unique pieces spanning decades.
LOCATION: 38 Kensington Ave, Toronto, ON
Uncle Vintage
Uncle is a very neat and aesthetically-pleasing vintage clothing shop, which is much different than the more vibrant stores in the neighbourhood.
Streetwear is the main thing here, with puffers from The North Face, denim from Levi’s, and lots of cool vintage graphic t-shirts.
You can find them in Kensington Market, as well as on Bloor West!
LOCATION: 33 Kensington Ave, Toronto, ON
Vintage Depot
From outside it doesn’t look like much, but you’ll find tons of awesome pieces at Vintage Depot.
Plus, it’s all satisfyingly colour-coordinated, so if you’re looking for something of a specific colour, it’s easy to find.
I found an Aritzia dress I already own for a fraction of the price!
I’ve found that the best way to go about shopping here is heading to a colour you like and sifting through any pieces that catch your eye.
You can find Vintage Depot in both Kensington Market and on the Danforth.
LOCATION: 70 Kensington Ave, Toronto, ON
