Crafty Ramen is all about Japanese-inspired, locally-influenced ramen, and everything is made in-house.

This Guelph-based ramen shop expanded to producing ramen meal kits during the pandemic, and now they also have a ramen restaurant in Toronto!

They use locally-sourced ingredients when possible, like their noodles, which are made with Canadian artisanal wheat.

Crafty’s frozen ramen is ready in 7 minutes, and it’s super delicious.

You can choose between options like their Pork Belly Miso Ramen, Spicy Chicken Tantanmen, or Tofu Shoyu Ramen.

PORTA is by the same restaurant group behind the iconic Terroni, and they offer up chef-made Italian frozen meals.
